Lawn care during the listing, Paint, and touch-up to maintain the properties in their best condition or prep for sale. Real Estate Owned (REO)

Blaze Real Estate is well versed in REO sales and management and we have the team to back it up.  Our responsive team is quick to communicate and provide any information needed. All REO properties will have photos, BPO and lock changes within 48 hours of listing placement. Financial resources and team to assess damage and make needed repairs in a timely manner. We also provide cash-for-keys services, and vacancy inspections. Provide vendor bids on licensed services such as plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
